Chloe Ting – Flat Belly Challenge.

Day 18 & 19 & 20 (Rest day)

I am not too sure what is happening, I have been trying to post on the blog for the last few days and I can’t seem to. I have had to move on to change to another browser. I don’t really understand the problem, I would log in, click add new post, and then the screen would just remain blank. If anyone can tell me what that means it would be much appreciated. Anyway, I have been doing the Chloe Ting challenge the last couple of days, except for today. Day eighteen was difficult, again, it was another moment in which I just lost my motivation somewhere. Even though it wasn’t as long as the other schedules. Day nineteen was much needed and super super nice and easy. One ten minute video. Oh wow, I couldn’t believe how nice and fast that was. Then there is today day twenty. It isn’t supposed to be a rest day, just like the other day wasn’t supposed to be a rest day. However, we were having a new front door installed (which looks ace!) which meant I didn’t really have time in the morning to workout. What this means is when tomorrow comes in, and next Sunday, both supposed to be rest days. I won’t be resting. I am so close to the end of this challenge, I will just have to hope that if I power through it then I will be fine.

Day 18
Warm up.

Never go without the warm up.

Abs.

This one was back in full swing. Not that I mind. It is a nice ten minute video. Though it still kills me.

Abs & Hiit.

This is not as long as that full body hell video, but it still kills me off. Two sets sounds like nothing. Until the body starts protesting and dying and there is a horrible realisation that that was only halfway through the first set.

Lower Abs.

Then another nice ten minutes. It doesn’t feel so nice when I was doing it though just because it was the last in a sequence and I was knackered. Still, ten minutes, boom, it was over.

Cooldown.

Again, no matter how tired I was I am not skipping the cooldown. I am pretty sure I really wanted to, but I had to just ignore that feeling.

Day 19
Warm Up.

This day was only going to be nice and short but it is always still worth warming up.

Abs.

This was it for this day. Ten minutes of burning abs and I was done. It felt really weird. Like I should have been doing more, but I was quite happy to have at least a short day.

Cooldown.

Even though it was only for ten minutes and didn’t really target any other body areas except my abs. I still stretched afterwards. I don’t really know if it is helping, or maybe I am just wasting my time. But a stretch usually helps keep the body from getting sore.

Day 20.

Which is today. And as I said I was going to, but we were having a new front door fitted and I just didn’t have time in the morning before my Dad arrived with it. I just means that for the next ten days I will be exercising, and exercising with no rest days. Judging from what I can see on the schedule as well those are going to be some hard days ahead of me.

Thank you so much for reading. Write again soon. Bye!
