Chloe Ting – Flat Belly Challenge.

Day 15

Today is a good day. I felt really good after yesterday’s rest. And when I woke up this morning I got ready and just started to get into the workout. Except, I saw what video was on the list today.

Warm Up.

Nice and easy, no fuss.

Lower Abs.

This is the first time this video has been first up. And I haven’t done the other abs video. It was a nice change to not already be sweaty, and exhausted by the time I got to this video. It wasn’t easier, but it felt a little like I could measure if there are actually any changes to my fitness.

Full Body Hell.

Then this beast returned. I was having horror flashbacks to Friday when it just slaughtered me. However, I didn’t let that stop me. I was oddly surprised by myself. Don’t get me wrong, I was battered. My heart was pounding. I was gasping for breath. But I didn’t have to pause the video between set six and seven this time. I swept through it like a boss. A sweaty boss. But still a boss.

Cooldown.

This was just a nice moment to relax. I don’t know what it was about today but this was just a nice video to follow and let my brain switch off. I think I needed that relax time.

So far so good, halfway through the challenge. I know I had two weeks break, but I won’t be doing that again. I have learnt my lesson.
