Chloe Ting – Flat Belly Challenge.

Day 2.

I felt good after yesterdays workout. However, I accidentally got heat stroke yesterday so when I woke up this morning I was as dry as a bone. My throat actually hurt every time I swallowed I was that dry. But I still got up, got dressed, and did todays workout.

Warm Up.

It is still weird to do a different warm up.

Abs.

I did this yesterday. My abs are still burning. I have noticed that for this program Chloe Ting has found a love for the high knee exercise. She did it in the last challenge but there seem to be more rounds of high knees in this challenge.

Abs Hiit.

I saw the word Hiit and thought – Oh shit. And rightly so. This one is shorter than the other hiit workout videos I have done so far but it still annihilated my body. I am getting better however, movements are either quicker, neater, or just feel better to do. This video also has its own warm up and cooldown sequence which I have followed.

Cooldown.

I am still finding my feet with this cooldown. I will admit at some point I think I just couldn’t be bothered for today. I felt uncomfortably hot still, and I think I was tired from the fact that I have done five days straight of workouts without a rest day. I think I hit my limit. Tomorrow is a rest day and I am going to rest.
