Chloe Ting – Flat Belly Challenge.

Day 1.

A new start to another challenge. This one is only thirty days long but as we know of Chloe Ting it won’t be any less intense. I also noticed something interesting. The program was no longer about losing weight. I ended up focusing on just surviving and making it through the workouts every morning. Ha!

Warm Up.

It is a different warm up for this program! Look at that. Due to my already doing eight weeks of Chloe Ting workouts I didn’t get puffed out.

Abs.

Then I began this workout. This wasn’t actually too bad. I didn’t get too puffed out doing it, but it made my abs burn still. I felt really good doing this workout. I was no longer dreading this challenge. It led me into a false sense of fitness security.

Full Body.

This is where I died. This had its own warm up and cooldown at the beginning and end of the video. And it was four sets, each set having ten exercises. There were quite a few burpees which kill me off, and a lot of dynamic explosive movements which really tire me out. That false sense of security quickly popped out of existence like a bubble. I was so sweaty I nearly slipped off my fitness mat.

Cooldown.

I am not used to the stretch combinations in this one so I spent a few moments longer transitioning between poses. However, all this means is that over the next thirty days I will spend most of doing this video getting to know the sequence of movements.

I know I should have taken a before and after photo… But I feel a little embarrassed at how little my body looks different from the eight weeks. I know this is because of my food but I will acknowledge right now that I am sick of takeaway food. It keeps making me feel ill. And snack foods as well. So, today with this challenge I will be making changes to my diet and sticking to it.
