Chloe Ting – 2018 Summer Shred Challenge.

Day 56… COMPLETE!!

I had a weird sleep last night. It wasn’t particularly restful. So, I didn’t feel one hundred percent when I started this workout today. However, I wasn’t about to back out because today was the last day of this challenge! Yay!

Warm Up.
Full Body.

This was still hard. Eight weeks later and it still gets me sweaty, and still intense enough for me to think ‘Oh shit I can’t breathe’. But I managed to make it through the 2 circuits three times.

Legs & Butt.

I haven’t done this one for a while. So, I have forgotten what was coming until she mentioned that she used a stool. Toe tapping high knee. Oh bollocks I forgot about that. What a video to end the challenge on.

Cooldown.

I accidentally zoned out while stretching at some point so I some how mindlessly went from one pose to another. I was still aware enough to push my body through to an uncomfortable position to stretch the muscle.

This is the end of the 2018 summer shred challenge. Tomorrow will be the beginnings of flat belly challenge. I am a little excited and scared at the same time. But I will be fitter going into the new challenge than I was when I first started this challenge.
