Chloe Ting – 2018 Summer Shred Challenge.

Day 55.

It is the second to last day! Oh my god, I have nearly made it. Eight weeks. I feel quite impressed with myself for this achievement. I went from doing nothing to consistently exercising for two months. I will take that as a win.

Warm Up.

Second to last time of this warm up. It is going to be weird.

Arms & Abs.

This made my shoulders burn. I wasn’t too sure I was going to make it because my arms were starting to ache very early on. I am not too sure why. When I did this last time it didn’t bother me all that much. But this time I was aching and shaking.

Chest.

Oh the weights. My shoulders were already burning and my arms were shaking from the first video. Adding weights to that burn and shake just made it worse. I pushed through the burn. But oh wow. I was sore.

Abs.

This made my abs burn earlier than I thought it would in the video. I thought it would take a little longer just because it did last time but then again I am just remembering now that I have been doing extra body workouts by training. My muscles are getting battered this week.

Cooldown.

Second to last time doing this cooldown. I have never done the other warm up or cooldown videos before so it is going to be really weird. I am looking forward to trying out a different workout program but at the same time terrified. The one thing I really wish there was right now was another rest day ha! I know I have just had one but I am not sure I have recovered completely.
