Chloe Ting – 2018 Summer Shred Challenge.

Day 54.

Having an active rest day yesterday has possibly left me a little exhausted. I still got up to do the workout this morning but I was a little later than usual, which kind of puts my list of things I need to do on a bit of a rush. Well crap. But no worries, I will get it all done.

Warm Up.

The third to last day doing this warm up for this challenge. It will be coming back later.

Full Body – 500 Calories.

I had forgotten what this video was until it started and I remembered. It had its own warm up and cooldown sequence. If I remember last time I did this one I had to pause to save my feet because they felt as if they would snap in half. This time thankfully they didn’t I actually managed to make it through the whole video without much issue with pain. I was exhausted but I made it. I was however, covered in sweat. Like slippery with sweat.

Brutal Abs.

My abs were burning so much. Because this is the last week of this challenge I was thinking about when I first did this. I couldn’t get through the first exercise without stopping. Today I got through everything without stopping. Progress!

Cooldown.

Just like the warm up this was the third to last time of doing this video. It will come up on other challenges but not for a while so thank you cooldown you helped me recover a lot.

Now, because I am running a little late on my list of things I need to get done today I have to rush off to train.
