Chloe Ting – 2018 Summer Shred Challenge.

Day 50.

Welcome to the last week of the 2018 summer shred challenge. Week eight. I woke up and got straight into the workout, even though I saw what video was lined up for today and knew how well this was going to go. Honestly, I surprised myself.

Warm Up.

I actually made it through this without getting breathless. Woo! It took eight weeks but I made it.

Full Body Death.

Last time I did this video it genuinely nearly killed me. But this time I managed it ok. I am hoping this means that even if I haven’t lost any weight I have at least improved fitness wise. I was still exhausted and dying, but my feet didn’t feel like they were going to snap in half. Woo! thank god. It only took eight weeks to get to that point.

Abs.

I got to this point and was just glad I didn’t have to do anymore jumping jacks. Oh but I was wrong, plank jacks, and groiners. God damn it. Ha! My abs were killing me.

Cooldown.

Stretching is still questionable for progress. I don’t think I am anywhere near my splits or back bend anytime soon. But I am not giving up. Cool down and stretches after each workout. Wish me luck.

This week is going to be tricky. There is only one rest day. One. Which basically means that I am going to be a little more exhausted than normal. But this is the last week of this challenge before I join the next one.
