Chloe Ting – 2018 Summer Shred Challenge.

Day 47.

I think the workouts have become a habit now. When I wake up that is the first thing I set myself up to do. I dress in my workout gear and I sort out the dogs ready for the workout. Since I am forty seven days in I would kind of hope that the workouts would become habit.

Warm up.

This is getting easier and easier. I still hate the jumping jacks, but they are the last thing so I can forgive it.

Arms & Abs. x1

I haven’t done this one for a while. Last time I remembered my shoulders were burning so badly. This time wasn’t any different, however I managed the exercises better.

Arms & Abs. x2.

Yes, round two, because my shoulders weren’t burning enough. I’m all shaky, and sweaty, and nearly broken. I take pride in the fact that by the end of this video I managed two minutes of plank. One minute for the first video, one minute for the second. I know it doesn’t really count but last time I couldn’t even make it through thirty seconds!

Chest.

Then there was this. Once again the introduction to weights when I am already knackered. Yay! No, actually I could sort of do this better. Though my arms for the third exercise really were just giving up I think I genuinely was feeling better about this particular video. So, yay progress.

Cooldown.

Stretching is starting to annoy me. Nearly eight weeks of stretching the pigeon pose, and the lunges, and I don’t seem to be doing any different. How!? Eight weeks? Five times a week, for nearly eight weeks? What have I got to do legs? Come on!

Apart from my leg flexibility being crap, I am doing very well in the strength department. As usual.
