Well today felt better. More because the exercises were not so explosive and jumpy. So I felt a little better about today, I can see the improvement in these exercises just not in anything cardio based. I am starting to think if that means my heart is not improving.
My shoulders no longer burn when I do this workout. I am hoping that means that I am showing signs of improvement. Push ups are still hard but I can do them, and my arms are shaking still but they don’t give in the same as when I started.
Once again my shoulders weren’t so much burning this time. It was my arm muscles that became shaky and nearly un-co-operative. What is nice about these videos is they don’t feel like they go on forever! I think it was ten exercises, forty five seconds on, fifteen seconds off. That’s it. I feel so good today.
This still makes my abs burn, however there is a new exercise that I just hate. The side planks. My shoulders ache, and make hips lower by themselves even though I am shaking and trying really hard not to let them drop. But just like a driving lesson, if there is something you hate, you practise it until you don’t even think about it. Bleh, I wish I didn’t believe that, but I do agree.
Today felt better. Only because it was a bit more in my range of exercises that don’t annihilate my heart and lungs. I haven’t really lost any weight since doing this challenge. However, I know for a fact that this is not because of Chloe Ting and her workouts, her workouts are amazing. My lack of weight loss is all down to me and the fact that for 90% of the time I have eaten shit. Next week will be different because last night I felt ill, and I am fed up of food making me feel ill by the end of the day. Fingers crossed for next week.
