Day 39. – Rest Day!

Thank you Chloe Ting for the rest days! I am enjoying the workouts. Even though I complain I do enjoy them and I do feel better for doing the workouts. But oh wow, I am shattered afterwards every time. Even though I am getting better at the exercises.

This is the middle of Week 6. After this only two more weeks and I will be onto another challenge.

What she eats in a day.

As I did last time another recipe video from her. Some of the things she makes look unreal! I think I have decided I am just going to slip into the next challenge and make this like a new part of my lifestyle. It will be difficult given that lockdown is easing so things are going to start changing again. But I would like to make her programs part of my normal life.
