Day 37 & 38

I need to apologise for yesterday, I didn’t post because it was my birthday! Woo! But this doesn’t mean I didn’t do the workout. This post is going have a lot of YouTube videos posted so be prepared. Yesterday, I really considered having an off schedule rest day for my birthday. However, I decided against it and just got into the workout. Because I am posting for two days I am just going to put the list of videos together without the mini paragraphs between each one. The cooldown video and warmup video is the point of the second day.

Both days I have felt really really good. I have managed to complete the exercises in the time frames without needing to stop. The one thing that both of these days has revealed is that I am terrible with ballistic exercises. Anything that involves explosive movement completely destroys me. I am better with endurance I can last. I am long distance runner, not a sprinter.
