Day 35. – Rest Day
Woops! I nearly forgot to post today. Today was a rest day. Not that I think I deserve it really. I have been eating poorly which is why the weight loss aspect of this journey has just not existed. However, it will be my birthday on Tuesday… (Oh god I’m old!)… So after that I am hoping to get through the large pile of diabetes that has grown in my fridge and get back to some form of weight loss. But today was a rest day and once again nothing has happened.
Just like I said last time. Rather than just leave you with a small paragraph of how I have done nothing. Here is a video of some of the things Chloe Ting eats. I hope they are just as helpful as her workout videos.
