Well, I have no shoulders anymore. And the results from yesterday, my legs just didn’t want to function anymore. They feel tired whenever I do anything. Is that fatigue?
I still hate the jumping jacks.
This started off quite well but the burn kicked in in my shoulders and that is where it sat for the rest of the workout. If my arms don’t tone up, it’ll be because all of the tone went into my shoulders.
Oh dear me, trying to ignore the burn in my shoulders was near impossible. It also didn’t help that this meant I was doing a full two minutes of planks. One minute for the first time round, and then another minute for this time. That’s a lot of plank.
Fifteen minute abs workout. Fifty seconds on, ten seconds off. Shit, haha! I was doing alright for the abs exercises that didn’t involve getting into a plank position. My lower abs are still crap, but at least I can feel abs there even if I can’t see them. But the last exercise was a plank with a leg raise I screamed in the last ten seconds.
I think at this point it should just be expected that I am a sweaty mess at the end of every workout. It should just be expected now. Given that tomorrow is the last day of the fifth week I am terrified. She has used the words Blast fat on the cover of the video… I am actually really scared.
