Chloe Ting – 2018 Summer Shred Challenge.

Day 18

Yesterday’s rest day was definitely needed. It was so good, any muscles that were sore yesterday are no longer sore. My arms have recovered from the day before and my butt has recovered from the day before that. However, this didn’t seem to matter when it came to today. Chloe Ting killed me.

Warm up.

I actually grew tired from this… I think it was because for the last two days I have not been drinking enough water. Water is a huge factor in nearly everything. Especially for your body. If you want it to function properly… water, if you want to lose weight efficiently, water, you want to exercise or concentrate properly when working, water. Stay Hydrated people!

Legs.

This started off really well. I actually thought I was doing really well. Until I got to the second circuit. The second circuit made my lower back muscles tighten and squeeze as if they are cramping up… this has been happening when I walk the dogs as well. I would really like to know what it means just because it is getting very painful. I will need to look it up somewhere.

What the fuck!?

I don’t believe I have done this video before today. But little warning for anyone following this workout with me. When Chloe Ting says this is intense. Oh my god, believe her! It was so intense I wasn’t sure I was going to make it. The worst bit was the high knee toe taps… The toe tap made the difference. And it really did make a difference.

Cool down.

The cooldown is becoming nice and easy. The only thing is stretching is still not my favourite this in the world to do. I am hoping to get my splits and back bends. Eventually. But it just doesn’t feel like it is happening. But this happened over the last couple of years, I will feel like I am doing better but then I am stuck at a specific point and my body just won’t stretch beyond it.

Maybe I will start doing split and back bend progress posts? Maybe, we will see.
