Chloe Ting – 2018 Summer Shred Challenge.

Day 15.

Once again sleeping on the couch was most probably an error. My body is stiff and my back is aching. This gave me an insight into a problem we were having last week. Which I will talk about later.

Chloe Ting annihilated me this morning. And I mean destruction rained down on my body. I didn’t think I was going to survive.

Nice easy start. I genuinely believe this mislead me into thinking today was not going to be so bad.

A quick how to make the body combust.

The word that made my heart still and blood run cold was ‘intense’. Shit! If she calls it intense than that means the fitness devil is coming. And it did come, and whooped my arse into a whole new level of calorie burning exhaustion. Burpees with a tuck jump? Are you kidding me? Ack! I am so glad that this was the only video for today. I think I would have literally melted into a pile of exhausted fat woman.

Honestly, I just wanted to flop on the floor and not bother stretching out at all. My calves were killing me. They felt so tight after that particular workout.

This is the beginning of week 3. So far, I am hoping, so good with regards to weight loss. At this point, my main goal is to lose at least 2lbs this week. Fingers crossed!
