Project Me. New Year.

I have noticed in the last couple of months that I have been trying to arrange a routine in my life in which I am constantly active on my social media, or on my while at the same time running around making sure the dogs are ok, training, getting a job, family, friends, my writing, and reading. There just aren’t enough hours in the day to fit it all in.

This would accomplish nothing but frustration for me as I felt for a long time now that I wasn’t making any progress. Then a random thought occurred to me. I think I was thinking about food at the time, because I would like to be healthier, slimmer, and fitter than I currently am. I was planning out what meals I was going to get and when, and how meal prep was very important because there is just no time in the day to work, cook, and do everything else. That was when my brain pinged with an idea, prepping.

If I prep every all in one day and then post it, or set it out for whatever for that week. This way I have time to read, or write my other things while my blog posts and social media posts have already been sorted for that week.

Some things I can’t pre-prep like the photos of my dogs after a run. Or my weightloss progress. But everything else such as the poetry posts, the random bits of story posts, my pole and aerial posts that I’ll be making can all be pre-prepped.

My waterstones updates can’t be pre-prepped sadly as I don’t create or upload those videos. I just share them.

I will also announce that something exciting is coming on a monthly basis! I am very excited!
