Well, what can I say? This week is just going to be a blip in that wellness plan.
Starting from monday night to now I haven’t been looking after myself at all. I haven’t been sleeping, and drinking water kind of died, and now apparently eating.
I haven’t eaten anything in the last twenty-four hours and I am still not hungry. It is a little concerning but oh well. I’ll let my body tell me when I need to feed it.
But that really isn’t the point I have fallen off the road to the goals I was thinking of. But I am getting back on it, starting today with water, exercise, stretching, and no takeout food!
