First week – Wellness trial

Seven nights and I have slept for a full eight to nine hours a night. I can’t quite tell yet if I feel a difference in myself really. I have noticed that the dark shadows under the eyes are growing lighter. And I am starting to wake up by myself without an alarm. But otherwise, so far no real difference I think.

Next on my list of things to start looking after myself with is water. I used to drink only water because of a doctor. Lately though, I’ve been stealing bits of pepsi off the boyfriend. Which has ideally got to stop. I’ve been waking up very dry, I’ll leave a pole session feeling so thirsty I gulp down about a litre of whatever I can grab afterwards.

So, I need to start controlling my water consumption next.
